1. How do i place my order ?
All orders are to be made through our office or email to sales@dezainprint.com.sg direct.

2. How long will I have to wait for my goods to arrive?
You can refer to our delivery schedule.

3. Can i cancel or change my order?
You may call us to cancel your order before printing in process. if printing in proces Dezainprint will not accept cancel requests .
     So please check your artwork and order details carefully before submitting.

4. What do i do if i am dissatisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any product, please call our if receiving your order. Please specify your order,and reason for
dissatisfaction.

Our will review your request and work with you to meet you expectations.

5. What should i do if i do not receive my order within the estimated delivery date?
